Service is perfect, with responsive, helpful staff and beautifully clean, comfortable rooms. My experience was elevated by the luxury ambiance and thoughtful details.

Overcrowding led to a chaotic check-in experience, and the common areas were too loud for comfort, making relaxation difficult.

Can't recommend highly enough for spending night

Elegant room, elegant bathroom, with a comfortable bed and a variety of amenities like a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and on-site dining available to enjoy a delicious breakfast right before setting off to explore the city, conveniently located just 15 km from the airport.

Couldn't have been happier.

The experience felt chaotic!!! Valet service had confusing pricing structures, and the noise level in common areas made it tough to relax. Simple enhancements could drastically improve guest comfort!!!

The king room with mountain view was super elegant, clean, and had cool amenities like a minibar, tv, and a private bathroom with Byredo toiletries. The spa was awesome with a hot tub, sauna, and outdoor pool. Dining at Le Ame was very nice with delicious food and great service. The lobby felt very classy too.

The culinary experiences were good, particularly at LeAme, and the pool staff added a fun vibe to the afternoon. The well-appointed rooms offered elegance and comfort.

The indoor ambiance at Thea often becomes loud, making conversations difficult.
